Maintenance Man Unlimited PDX is a family-owned business that operates in and around Southwest Washington and the state of Oregon. We, the Fontaine family, recently purchased part of the Seattle-born company with the goal to expand top-tier service to a new region. Over the years we have cemented bonds with numerous business owners, contractors, and superintendents who we are grateful to provide our services. This company offers elite customizable cleaning options for new construction, renovation, and tenant improvement sites. Green Clean

MMU PDX promises to make use of green, eco-friendly and lead approved products wherever we can at no additional cost to our customers. We have put years of research into identifying an array of effective cleaners that get the job done with the added benefit of helping to preserve our beautiful Pacific Northwest. Many of the products we purchase in drums or concentrates which allows us to refill bottles and prevent plastic waste. As part of the cleaning industry, we understand that there are certain jobs that call for heavy chemical cleaners or strippers and we will utilize these options as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations, but we are happy to provide a green clean to our customers whenever possible.
